public class SeededSchemeOptimizationScheme
extends AbstractOptimizationScheme

Test-oriented scheme that runs construction → Simulated Annealing → Genetic Evolution with every RNG-using component driven by a single master seed.

One master RandomGenerator.SplittableGenerator is created from the seed; each top-level algorithm gets one independent split from it. Each algorithm then splits again internally (for its own acceptance draws, its selector, and each of its operators). Same seed → same split tree → same trajectory.

Intended for reproducibility tests, regression tests, and debugging stochastic bugs. Not wired into the RL flow — the RL burst uses RLBurstScheme which runs only one heuristic per burst.
