public class TimeDef
extends Object

Defines a time-of-day window used for intra-day scheduling constraints.

startTime and endTime are serialized as ISO-8601 local time strings (e.g. "08:00:00"). When created via of(LocalTime), both fields are set to the same instant (point-in-time rather than a window).
